Caterpillar original Caterpillar 20R-1265 replacement diesel fuel injector new injector original new injector

The Caterpillar 20R-1265 Fuel Injector GP Fuel is an OEM-equivalent unit injector engineered for the CAT 3508B, 3512, 3512B, 3516, 3516B, and C3500B series diesel engines. It serves as a direct replacement for part numbers including 392-0201, 386-1753, 250-1301, 229-0198, 164-7905, 10R-3256, 10R-9617, 10R-1280, 20R-1264, 20R-1266, 20R-1270, 20R-1272, 20R-1275, 20R-1276, 20R-1277, 20R-1278, 20R-1280, and 20R-1282, providing broad cross-reference coverage for service and fleet maintenance operations across global markets.

Manufactured using high-strength alloy steel, precision-ground internal components, and industrial-grade nozzle assemblies, the 20R-1265 delivers high-precision fuel metering and superior atomization, producing fine fuel droplets that support optimized combustion efficiency and reduced exhaust emissions. The injector is designed to withstand extreme operating temperatures, high injection pressures, and continuous-duty industrial cycles, ensuring low fuel consumption and long service life in demanding environments such as mining operations, marine propulsion, power generation facilities, oilfield engines, and heavy construction machinery.

With its corrosion-resistant construction, the 20R-1265 is well suited for marine and offshore installations as well as gas compression units and prime power generator sets. Global applications span North American mining and power generation fleets, European marine and industrial generator systems, Middle Eastern oilfield operations, African mining trucks, and Asia Pacific infrastructure and industrial manufacturing plants. Each unit is built to industrial-grade tolerances, making it a reliable fuel injection system component for heavy-duty Caterpillar engine rebuilds and preventive maintenance programs.
