Caterpillar original Caterpillar 20R-1275 diesel fuel injector replacement for OEM common rail C9 C12 engine new injector original new injector

The CAT 20R-1275 fuel injector assembly is engineered as a direct replacement component for the Caterpillar 3512B diesel engine platform. Designed to match OEM dimensional tolerances, this injector delivers precision fuel metering and consistent high-pressure fuel delivery, ensuring stable combustion across demanding operating conditions. The optimized spray pattern promotes improved fuel atomization, contributing to enhanced combustion efficiency and lower exhaust emissions in generator sets, marine propulsion systems, and heavy industrial power units.

Built with heavy-duty construction and corrosion-resistant materials, the 20R-1275 injector is manufactured to withstand continuous high-temperature operation and prolonged service intervals. Its robust design supports reliable cold-start performance, optimized power output, and stable engine operation under heavy load. The assembly is fully compatible with CAT 3512B, 3512B HD, 3512B Marine, and 3512B Offshore engine configurations, providing OEM-level compatibility for both replacement and overhaul applications.

Routine inspection, periodic injector balance testing, and adherence to recommended Caterpillar maintenance intervals help maximize service life. Operators are advised to use high-quality diesel fuel, replace fuel filters regularly, prevent water contamination, and monitor exhaust smoke conditions. The 20R-1275 injector serves generator sets, marine vessels, mining trucks, oil and gas drilling rigs, and emergency backup power systems, offering reduced maintenance costs, extended engine life, and global service compatibility for critical industrial operations.
