Caterpillar original 20R3483 20R-3483 Common Rail Fuel Injector Replacement for 3516C 3512C 3512B Engine Excavator Parts original new injector

The Caterpillar 20R-3483 fuel injector is engineered as a direct OEM replacement for CAT 3512B diesel engines and compatible 3500 series units. Manufactured with CNC-machined components to micron-level tolerances, this injector assembly meets original Caterpillar fuel system calibration standards. The high-grade construction incorporates specialized surface treatments that resist corrosion from fuel contamination and harsh operating environments, supporting extended service intervals under continuous industrial duty cycles.

Precision fuel metering and optimized spray pattern technology ensure uniform atomization throughout every injection cycle, resulting in cleaner combustion, improved fuel economy, and reduced exhaust emissions. The high-pressure design maintains stable injection performance across all engine loads, from low-idle operation to peak horsepower demand. Direct fitment eliminates the need for modification, allowing straightforward installation during scheduled maintenance or injector replacement procedures.

This injector is suitable for power generation systems, marine propulsion vessels, mining equipment, oil and gas installations, and heavy industrial applications. Daily visual inspection of fuel leaks, smoke levels, and engine response is recommended, along with periodic injector balance testing and adherence to Caterpillar maintenance schedules. Replacing worn injectors with a properly calibrated 20R-3483 assembly helps restore original engine performance, throttle response, and long-term reliability.
