Caterpillar original Caterpillar 571-0940 fuel injector new injector original new injector

The Caterpillar C4.4 fuel injector 571-0940 is engineered as a direct OEM equivalent component for Caterpillar C4.4, 3044, 3044C, 3054, and 3054C inline four-cylinder diesel engines utilizing compression ignition combustion technology. Manufactured with high strength alloy steel and produced through CNC precision machining, each injector delivers consistent dimensional accuracy and stable fuel delivery across high-pressure common rail fuel systems. Cross-referenced with part numbers 10R-7220, 326-4706, and 326-4707, this unit serves as a reliable replacement for original equipment installations across demanding industrial applications.

This diesel injection nozzle assembly is designed to support excavators, wheel loaders, backhoe loaders, skid steer loaders, telehandlers, mining equipment, agricultural machinery, generator sets, and industrial marine auxiliary engines. Hardened steel components in the nozzle and internal valve assemblies provide long-term wear resistance, while specialized surface treatment protects against moisture, sulfur compounds, and fuel contaminants. The injector maintains thermal stability during continuous operation under extreme temperature conditions, ensuring dependable performance in construction sites, mining operations, farmland environments, and stationary power generation facilities.

Optimized atomization characteristics contribute to improved combustion efficiency, reduced particulate emissions, and lower exhaust smoke output. The precision-controlled spray pattern enhances fuel economy while minimizing over-fueling conditions that commonly lead to black smoke and elevated fuel consumption. Conforming to OEM quality standards, the 571-0940 fuel injector is supplied brand new with standard export packaging, ready for installation following the recommended preventive maintenance schedule and proper bleeding procedures.
