Caterpillar original 20R-8062 fuel injector 364-5284 10R-1267 20R-0854 replacement for CAT 3512 3516 C32 C175 engine original new injector

The CATERPILLAR CAT C9 ACERT Fuel Injector 20R-8062 is a precision-engineered, electronically controlled high-pressure diesel fuel injector designed to deliver highly accurate fuel metering and optimized spray atomization for the CAT C9 and C9 ACERT engine platforms. Built with advanced machining technology, precision nozzle calibration, and high-strength alloy materials, this injector assembly ensures stable combustion performance across a wide operating load range, supporting improved combustion efficiency, increased horsepower, reduced fuel consumption, and reduced exhaust emissions. The OEM equivalent performance makes it a dependable replacement component for demanding heavy-duty applications.

Designed for industrial, marine, generator, construction, mining, and oil and gas operations, this high-pressure common rail injector fits CAT Excavators (330D, 336D), Wheel Loaders (966H, 972H), Motor Graders (140M), Generator Sets, Dozers, and Marine Propulsion equipment. Each unit is produced under stringent quality control standards to guarantee reliable operation under extreme conditions, long operating life, enhanced throttle response, stable idle performance, improved cold starting, and reduced particulate generation, ultimately lowering maintenance cost and increasing equipment productivity.

Cross-referenced with 326-1641, CAT20R8062, and CAT3261641, this injector is suitable for global aftermarket diesel solutions. Maintenance best practices recommend ultra-clean diesel fuel, regular fuel filter replacement, prevention of water contamination, monitoring of injector return flow, routine fuel pressure checks, and use of OEM-approved lubricants. Compatibility should be confirmed by engine serial number (ESN) and equipment serial number (PIN) prior to installation.
