Caterpillar original Caterpillar 0R-3423 fuel injector replacement for 3406E C12 C15 engine diesel spare part original new injector

The Caterpillar 0R-3423 nozzle injector assembly is a genuine OEM-grade fuel injection component designed for CAT 3406E, C15, C16, and 3456 diesel engines. Manufactured to meet original equipment specifications, this injector ensures precise fuel delivery and efficient combustion across demanding industrial operations. It serves as a direct replacement for cross reference 10R-3423, allowing seamless installation without modifications.

Engineered with micron-level tolerances, the 0R-3423 delivers an optimized spray pattern that improves fuel atomization, enhances fuel efficiency, and reduces exhaust emissions. The assembly features superior wear resistance for continuous heavy-duty operation, high temperature tolerance for extreme engine environments, and advanced metallurgy for corrosion protection. Its robust construction extends injector lifespan and maintains consistent performance under the rigorous demands of excavators, wheel loaders, mining trucks, generator sets, and marine propulsion systems.

Proper maintenance of the 0R-3423 includes using clean diesel fuel, regular fuel filter replacement, and periodic injector performance inspections. Operators should be aware of common symptoms such as hard starting, black smoke, engine knock, reduced power, excessive fuel consumption, or rough idle, as these may signal nozzle clogging, injector wear, or fuel leakage. Installation requires disconnecting the fuel supply, removing retaining components, cleaning the injector bore, installing a new sealing washer, applying correct torque, bleeding the fuel system, and verifying engine performance upon startup.
