Caterpillar original 20R-8064 Common Rail Fuel Injector Replacement for OEM 557-7633 387-9433 for C9 Engine 330D 336D E330D E336D E340D original new injector

Engineered for demanding heavy-duty operation, the 20R-8064 HEUI Fuel Injector is a precision fuel delivery component designed for C7, C7 ACERT and C7.1 diesel engine platforms. Utilizing Hydraulically Actuated Electronically Controlled Unit Injector technology, this unit employs high-pressure engine oil to intensify fuel pressure, achieving superior atomization, precise injection timing and highly accurate fuel metering under all engine load conditions. It is fully cross-referenced with 10R-7222, 10R-7221, 20R-8968, 20R-1917, 229-1775, 235-3907, 254-4339, 267-3360, 293-4072, 328-2574, 387-9433, 557-7633, 553-2592 and 572-0119.

Critical internal components are manufactured from hardened alloy steel using precision grinding technologies, delivering exceptional wear resistance, corrosion resistance against ultra-low sulfur diesel, and stable performance in high-temperature environments. Produced to OEM-level dimensional standards, the injector supports operational lifespans exceeding 10,000 hours under proper maintenance. Benefits include reduced fuel consumption, improved cold-start behavior, lower emissions and higher power density, making it ideal for excavators, wheel loaders, motor graders, mining trucks, standby generators, marine vessels and industrial power packages.

Installation requires cleaning the injector bore, fitting new copper washers and O-rings, lubricating seals, torque-tightening to specification, priming the fuel system and performing electronic calibration and ECM verification. Regular fuel filter replacement, prevention of water contamination and use of high-quality diesel ensure sustained global-market reliability.
