Caterpillar original Caterpillar 10R-1814 replacement for OEM fuel injector new injector original new injector

The CAT 10R-1814 reman electronic fuel injector is engineered for Caterpillar C10 and C12 diesel engines used in heavy-duty trucks, construction machinery, industrial power units, and off-highway equipment. It is designed as a direct OE replacement for injector 10R-1814 and is fully interchangeable with cross references 119-8784, 215-3198, 9295918, and 9X-7317, allowing accurate fitment across a wide range of CAT applications including wheel loaders, excavators, motor graders, dozers, mining equipment, and diesel generator sets.

This electronic unit injector delivers precise fuel metering, stable atomization, and electronically controlled injection timing, supporting balanced combustion, improved throttle response, reduced exhaust smoke, and restored heavy-duty engine performance. Each injector is remanufactured to industrial-grade standards and inspected for reliable operation under demanding load conditions, making it suitable for repair shops, diesel rebuilders, fleet maintenance programs, parts distributors, and global aftermarket supply. The product is available as a single injector or as a complete 6-piece engine set.

Proper installation requires confirming the engine model, engine serial number, original injector number, and fuel system configuration. Clean fuel, scheduled filter replacement, and inspection of wiring and connectors are essential. During installation, injector bore, seals, O-rings, and electrical connections should be checked, and official Caterpillar torque specifications must be followed. After installation, prime the fuel system, verify for leaks, read diagnostic codes, and confirm idle quality and load response.
