Caterpillar original 618-0751 Common Rail Fuel Injector for C15 C27 C32 Engine D10N D10T 990H 990K Loader replacement for OEM original new injector

The Caterpillar CAT C15 Fuel Injector 618-0751 is engineered as a direct OEM replacement for C15 and C15 ACERT diesel engines operating in heavy-duty industrial environments. Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with precision-machined internal components, this injector delivers consistent high-pressure fuel atomization for stable combustion across demanding applications such as mining trucks, articulated haulers, wheel loaders, excavators, bulldozers, generator sets, and marine propulsion units. Its hardened construction and corrosion-resistant design ensure long service life under elevated temperature and pressure conditions characteristic of continuous-duty operations.

This electronic unit injector is calibrated to match OEM flow rates, spray patterns, and electrical response characteristics, allowing direct fitment without ECU reprogramming. Each unit undergoes 100% quality inspection and individual leak testing prior to shipment, ensuring consistent performance and immediate operational readiness. Installation is straightforward when conducted in a clean environment, with proper cleaning of the injector seat, replacement of contaminated fuel filters, and adherence to Caterpillar torque specifications. Verification of ECU calibration and post-installation engine testing confirm optimal function.

Operationally, the 618-0751 injector contributes to improved combustion efficiency, reduced fuel consumption, lower exhaust emissions, enhanced throttle response, and stable engine power output. Its precision metering also reduces carbon deposit formation, extending maintenance intervals. Backed by a 12-month warranty, this injector provides a reliable, cost-effective solution for fleet operators, rebuild facilities, and equipment owners seeking OEM-equivalent performance for Caterpillar C15 engine applications.
