Caterpillar original 249-0707 Common Rail Fuel Injector Assembly Replacement for C11 C13 Excavator Engine Parts 10R-1274 10R-1305 10R-2977 new original new injector

Engineered for demanding industrial service, the 249-0707 Fuel Injector delivers OEM-level performance for C11 diesel engines used across construction, mining, marine, and power generation platforms. This precision-manufactured injector assembly (cross number 2490707 / CAT2490707) is fully compatible with C11, C11 ACERT, Industrial Power C11, Marine C11 Propulsion, Generator Set C11, and Stationary Industrial C11 engines, providing a reliable replacement solution for global equipment fleets across North America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Southeast Asia, and Australia.

Built from industrial-grade alloy steel with a precision-engineered nozzle design, the injector ensures high-pressure fuel atomization and OEM-level fuel calibration. Key advantages include improved engine efficiency, reduced fuel consumption, extended service life, excellent corrosion resistance, and consistent fuel delivery under continuous-duty applications. Its heavy-duty industrial design maintains high reliability under extreme operating conditions, making it ideal for generator sets, marine propulsion units, industrial pumps, and heavy truck engines.

For optimal performance, use high-quality diesel fuel, replace fuel filters regularly, and monitor fuel pressure. During installation, clean injector ports, inspect seat surfaces, replace damaged seals, and apply manufacturer-recommended torque values, followed by leak testing. This injector effectively addresses common issues such as hard starting, black or white smoke, power loss, high fuel consumption, and rough engine operation caused by worn or imbalanced injectors, restoring stable combustion and engine output.
