Caterpillar original Diesel Fuel Injector 0R-9595 for C12 3176B Engine 365B L 3176B Excavator Replacement for OEM 10R-0960 212-3462 20R-0055 137-2500 153-7923 original new injector

The Caterpillar C12 fuel injector 0R-9595 is a heavy-duty diesel fuel injection component engineered to original equipment manufacturer specifications for the CAT C12, C12 ACERT, 3176, and 3176B engine platforms. Manufactured from hardened alloy steel with precision-machined internal components and an anti-corrosion surface treatment, this injector assembly is designed to deliver consistent fuel delivery performance across demanding industrial, marine, power generation, and heavy-duty truck applications.

This OEM-specification injector provides accurate fuel metering, optimized atomization, and efficient combustion to support maximum power output while reducing exhaust emissions. Each unit is built to meet Caterpillar quality standards, ensuring long service life under severe operating conditions such as high load factors, continuous duty cycles, and elevated ambient temperatures encountered in mining, construction, oil and gas, and marine propulsion environments.

Routine preventive maintenance is essential to sustain injector performance and engine reliability. Operators should use premium diesel fuel, replace fuel filters at recommended intervals, prevent water contamination, monitor fuel system pressure, and inspect fuel return flow on a regular basis. During installation, technicians should depressurize the fuel system, clean the injector bore, install a new sealing washer, torque the injector to Caterpillar service manual specifications, reconnect fuel lines, prime the system, and perform a leak and performance check to confirm proper operation.
