Caterpillar original Caterpillar 10R-1814 Common Rail Fuel Injector for C12 C10 Engine Excavator Truck Replacement for OEM new injector original new injector

Engineered specifically for Caterpillar C-series diesel platforms, this OEM-quality Electronic Unit Injector delivers precise fuel metering and controlled atomization for demanding heavy-duty operations. Manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with precision-machined internal components, the EUI integrates mechanically actuated injection with electronic solenoid control, responding to ECM signals to optimize spray timing, pressure, and pattern. During each injection cycle, fuel enters the injector body, an internal plunger compresses it to high pressure, and the solenoid valve releases the atomized charge into the combustion chamber for efficient and complete combustion.

This injector is fully compatible with Caterpillar C12, C12 ACERT, C10, and specialized industrial, truck, generator, marine, and mining variants of the C12 engine. It is validated for use in CAT 330C and 345C Excavators, 972H and 980H Wheel Loaders, CT660 and CT630 Trucks, generator sets, mining equipment, and broader industrial power systems. Operators benefit from improved fuel economy, increased horsepower output, reduced exhaust emissions, lower overall fuel consumption, and enhanced long-term engine durability across construction, mining, oilfield, power generation, marine, and agricultural applications.

Each unit undergoes 100% flow and performance testing to ensure consistent quality, reliable cold-start capability, and stable operation under continuous load. A 12-month warranty backs every injector. To maximize service life, follow Caterpillar maintenance intervals, replace fuel filters regularly, use clean diesel fuel, drain water separators routinely, inspect injector harness connections, and perform injector balance tests as recommended.
