Caterpillar original 10R-1000 fuel injector 10R-0955 10R-0963 359-7434 replacement for C15 excavator diesel engine original new injector

The CAT 10R-1000 diesel fuel injector is engineered as an original replacement component for Caterpillar C15, C15 ACERT, C16, and 3406E engines. Manufactured to OEM precision standards, this electronic unit injector delivers consistent high-pressure fuel atomization, ensuring efficient combustion across demanding operating conditions found in heavy-duty trucks, mining haul trucks, construction excavators, wheel loaders, diesel generator sets, marine power systems, industrial power units, and oilfield equipment.

Featuring advanced fuel atomization technology, corrosion protection, and heavy-duty construction, the 10R-1000 injector assembly provides precise fuel metering, improved combustion efficiency, lower fuel consumption, reduced smoke emissions, and enhanced engine response. Each unit undergoes factory flow testing and performance verification, supporting extended engine life and stable operation across transportation, construction, mining, power generation, marine, and oil and gas industry applications. The working principle relies on ECM-controlled solenoid activation, high-pressure plunger compression, and precision nozzle discharge to deliver atomized fuel directly into the combustion chamber.

Installation requires the use of genuine sealing components, thorough cleaning of the injector bore, inspection of the cylinder head injector seat, replacement of all sealing washers and O-rings, verification of fuel pressure, an ECM diagnostic scan, and idle and load testing. Maintenance recommendations include using high-quality diesel fuel, regular fuel filter replacement, avoiding water contamination, periodic injector balance tests, adherence to OEM service intervals, and monitoring engine fault codes. A 12-month warranty is provided to support long-term reliability.
